• This KITAP does not allow you to work or earn income in Indonesia. You may not sell goods or services.
• You must be sponsored by our agency.
• The KITAP is multiple-entry: you may enter and exit Indonesia freely.
• To apply for the KITAP, you must be in Indonesia and attend an immigration appointment.
• The KITAP application must be submitted at least 60 days before your KITAS expires.
• You can sponsor your spouse with this KITAP.
• If you overstay your residence permit, the penalty is IDR 1,000,000 per person, per day.
• Immigration may change the regulations at any time.
• We can assist you in obtaining your KITAP more quickly.

ONSHORE requirements:

• Copy of passport with at least 18 months of validity
• ID photo
• Copy of your personal health insurance, valid for 1 year
• Last 3 bank statements (PDF), showing a monthly income of $3,000 and a minimum balance of $2,000
• Address in Indonesia
• 2 Balinese ID cards from your staff (e.g., housekeeper, etc.)
• 1-year rental contract + ID card of the property owner(s)
• Domicile letter from the Banjar
• Current electronic visa (Onshore)
• Current visa stamp
• E-VISA

5 YEARS:
ONSHORE: IDR 54,000,000 / processing time: 60 days
