  • Company name (3 names and in 3 words)
  • Company address
  • Copy the shareholders’ passport
  • Shareholders (Director =…% and Commissioner =…%) To obtain a KITAS, you must have at least 15% shares
  • Full address in Indonesia
  • Personal emails of shareholders
  • Shareholder telephone numbers
  • Foreign Addresses of Shareholders
  • Company phone number
  • List of activities you want to put in your business

DOCUMENTS WE WILL ORGANIZE

  • Legalized name of the company
  • Article of Association issued by an Indonesian Notary Public (Akte pendirian Perusahaan)
  • Company profile issued by the General Directorate of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights
  • SK MENKEH (Decision letter from government department of the judge)
  • PKKPR Agreement
  • Business Tax Registration Code Number (NPWP)
  • NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha)
