OWN SPONSOR: To obtain a certain visa you need to have a sponsor. This sponsor must provide a list of very specific documents. Sponsoring a visa means that the company guarantees for you in the event of a problem in Indonesia and supports your application with the administrations.

Process
- Step 1: Send the required documents for the C1 visa application
- Step 2: Our team will review your documents
- Step 3: Payment of the visa
- Step 4: Process starts once payment is received (5 working days*, excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Step 5: You will receive your e-visa via WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to enter Indonesia
- Step 6: Upon arrival in Indonesia, present your e-visa at immigration. Once you pass immigration, your visa becomes active
- Step 7: We will contact you to organize your visa extension
What is important to know
- This visa does not allow you to work or receive money in Indonesia
- This visa is strictly for tourism purposes
- You must attend an immigration appointment to extend the visa
- If you currently hold a VOA (Visa on Arrival), it cannot be converted to a C1
- You must be sponsored by either an Indonesian company or our agency
- Please inform us of any travel plans or if you intend to leave the country so we can help you extend your visa on time
- This is a single-entry visa; leaving Indonesia will void it
- Extensions must be initiated 10 days before the visa expires
- Only 60-day extensions are possible
- Your visa is valid throughout Indonesia
- If you overstay, the penalty is IDR 1,000,000 per person per day
- We can convert this visa into a residence permit only if you are sponsored by Legal Legends
- Immigration reserves the right to change regulations at any time
Documents
- Copy of your passport (minimum validity of 12 months)
- Last 3 bank statements in PDF format (minimum balance of USD 2,000 at the end of the month)
- Flight ticket (one-way only; return ticket not required)
- ID photo (selfie on a white background wearing a t-shirt)
- Address in Indonesia
- Mother’s name
Additional documents for children:
- Birth certificate or family booklet (no translation needed)
Price
14 working days* (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- C1 visa sponsored by Legal Legends: IDR 2,500,000 (includes 60-day validity)
5 working days* (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- C1 visa sponsored by Legal Legends: IDR 4,000,000 (includes 60-day validity)
Extension:
- For a 60-day extension, the price is IDR 1,900,000
