C6- Social, Humanitarian Visa

The C6 Visa allows you to stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days to participate in a social program, humanitarian mission, or volunteer work with an association.
To obtain this visa, you can be sponsored by our agency or by an Indonesian company. The visa processing time is 5 working days* (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The C6 is a single-entry visa. Leaving the country will result in the cancellation of the visa.
The visa is issued with an initial validity of 60 days from your date of entry into Indonesia.
You are not allowed to work or receive income in Indonesia under this visa. You may not sell goods or services.

Extension:
It is possible to extend this visa twice, with each extension granting 60 additional days. Shorter extensions are not available.
We can begin the extension process 10 days before your visa expires. The extension process takes around 7 working days* (excluding weekends and public holidays).
To proceed with an extension, an appointment at the immigration office is mandatory for a photo session. We will schedule this for you and inform you of the date and location.

OWN SPONSOR: To obtain a certain visa you need to have a sponsor. This sponsor must provide a list of very specific documents. Sponsoring a visa means that the company guarantees for you in the event of a problem in Indonesia and supports your application with the administrations.

Process

  • Step 1: Send us the required documents for the C6 Visa application
  • Step 2: Our team will review your documents
  • Step 3: Visa payment
  • Step 4: Process begins once payment is confirmed (5 working days*, excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Step 5: You receive your e-visa via WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to enter Indonesia.
  • Step 6: Arrival in Indonesia. Present your e-visa at immigration on arrival. Once cleared, your visa is activated.
  • Step 7: We will contact you to initiate the visa extension process

What is important to know

  • This visa does not allow you to work or earn income in Indonesia
  • This visa is strictly for social/humanitarian/tourist purposes
  • You must be sponsored by either an Indonesian company or our agency
  • Please inform us of your travel plans or any exit from the country to ensure timely visa extension
  • We can assist in obtaining this visa faster if needed
  • If you currently hold a VOA, it cannot be converted to a C6 visa
  • The visa is single-entry; exiting the country cancels it
  • Extensions must be initiated 10 days before the visa expires
  • An immigration appointment is required for each extension
  • Only 60-day extensions are available
  • Your visa is valid throughout Indonesia
  • If you overstay, the penalty is IDR 1,000,000 per person, per day
  • Immigration reserves the right to amend regulations at any time

  • Copy of your passport (minimum validity: 12 months)
  • Last 3 bank statements in PDF format (minimum $2,000 at the end of each month)
  • Plane ticket (one-way only, return ticket not required)
  • Proof of enrollment or participation in a social program
  • Passport-style photo (selfie on a white background wearing a t-shirt)
  • Address in Indonesia
