C18 – Work Trial Visa: This visa allows you to come to Indonesia for a trial period and/or tourism. It is not permitted to earn a salary or receive money with this visa.

To obtain this visa, a sponsor is required. This sponsor must be the company where the trial period is conducted. This visa can be converted into a Working KITAS if the sponsor remains the same.

The C18 is a single-entry visa. Exiting the country cancels the visa.

The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of entry into Indonesia. We cannot extend this visa.

The visa application process cannot begin if you are already in Indonesia. You must be outside the country to start the application. You are not allowed to work or earn money in Indonesia with this visa.

OWN SPONSOR: To obtain a certain visa you need to have a sponsor. This sponsor must provide a list of very specific documents. Sponsoring a visa means that the company guarantees for you in the event of a problem in Indonesia and supports your application with the administrations.

Process

  • Step 1: Send the required documents
  • Step 2: Our team checks your documents
  • Step 3: Visa payment
  • Step 4: Process begins once payment is received (5 working days*, excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Step 5: You will receive your e-visa via WhatsApp or email. You have 90 days to enter Indonesia
  • Step 6: Arrive in Indonesia. You must present your e-visa at immigration. Once you pass through immigration, your visa becomes active

What is important to know

  • This visa does not allow you to earn money or receive a salary in Indonesia
  • You must be sponsored by the company where you are doing your trial period
  • It is a single-entry visa; leaving Indonesia will cancel the visa
  • This visa is valid for a maximum of 90 days
  • If you overstay, the fine is IDR 1,000,000 per person per day
  • We can convert this visa into a work permit only if the sponsor remains the same
  • We can assist your sponsor in providing the necessary documents
  • Immigration authorities reserve the right to change regulations at any time

  • Flight ticket showing arrival in Indonesia
  • If you have previously held a KITAS, please send us the EPO.
